It was a sloppy mess of a game at Rosemount as the Edina Hornets traveled to meet the Irish in a late season non-conference showdown. Both teams came into the night with 4-3 records, but with a different taste in their mouths. Rosemount came off a disappointing loss to Lakeville North and Edina had won two in a row including a win over highly ranked AAAA Mahtomedi.
